Refund policy

We note that our policy is only to accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please get in touch with us by using the form found on this page with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail at connect@manelifestudio.com within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.

NOTE: All items in our "Units" Collection (this includes our Mane Chick Unit™️, Classy Chick Unit, LUX Chick Unit, & Bawse Chick Unit) require shipment protection at checkout through ShipTection. Refresh your cart before placing your order. Customers must allow 14 business days for an order to be processed. Most importantly, all sales are final.
