Before submitting an order support ticket, please read the following information in detail and in its entirety.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. Note: When you pay for faster shipping, it starts after your order processes. Processing time for orders is 3-4 business days (Tuesday through Friday), which excludes units as these may take up to 14 business days. 
    • Example: Orders received Friday after 8:00 am EST will be processed starting Tuesday.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS, therefore arrival time will be based on your area and carrier.
  • All products are shipped from South Florida. Restrictions may apply to some products due to international regulations.
  • When you place an order, you can calculate and choose a preferred shipping type, i.e., “Priority Mail,” etc.
  • A tracking number via e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.
